Summerside U13 A Chevys #1 Grabs Lead in Fifth Inning for Victory Over Summerside #2

Summerside U13 A Chevys#1 snagged a late lead and defeated Summerside #2 12-10 on Wednesday.

The game was tied at ten with Summerside U13 A Chevys#1 batting in the bottom of the fifth when Cameron Ellsworth singled on a 2-1 count, scoring one run.

Jett Doiron led things off on the pitcher’s mound for Summerside U13 A Chevys#1. He surrendered zero runs on one hit over one inning, striking out two.

Cohen Woods was on the pitcher’s mound for Summerside #2. He lasted one and one-third innings, allowing six hits and seven runs while striking out two.

Riley MacAusland, Zach Hern, and Reid Warrick each contributed in relief for Summerside #2.Summerside U13 A Chevys#1 socked one home run on the day. Ian Jones had a four bagger in the second inning.
