The Summerside 11U AAA Chevys picked up their third win in a row Tuesday night at Kiwanis Field in Charlottetown defeating the Charlottetown Royals 11-1. Brady Desroches opened up the scoring with an RBI single in the first inning and drove in 2 more with a double in the third as the Chevys opened up a 5-0 lead. Jackson Ramsay’s bases loaded double in the fifth inning put the game out of reach for the Chevys who were led offensively by Desroches 2-2 with a walk and Caleb Adams who was 2-3. Henry Patterson and Ben MacGregor also had hits for Summerside. Griffen Campbell turned in a good pitching performance to pick up the win with relief help from MacGregor and Ramsay.
