Here is the most recent important news around the Baseball PEI Provincial Teams:

2019 13U PROVINCIAL TEAM NEWS:

The 2019 Provincial 13U team, representing Prince Edward Island at the 2019 Baseball Canada National 13U Championships in Repentigny, QC, from 22 – 25 August 2019, will be starting up I.D. camps in March. The dates and times for the first three scheduled I.D. camps are as follows:

Sunday, 10 March 2019: 5:30 pm – 7 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).
Sunday, 17 March 2019: 5:30 pm – 7 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).
Sunday, 24 March 2019: 5:30 pm – 7 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).

The cost to attend one session or all sessions is a flat rate of $40.00. Anybody wishing to attend is to email Bob Doyle at [email protected] and submit the following information:

Tryouts will begin on 31 March and a tryout schedule will be released at a later date.

Head Coach of the 2019 Provincial 13U team is Bob Doyle, while confirmed assistant coaches are Dave Benton, Jason Doyle and Patrick Young.

2019 15U PROVINCIAL TEAM NEWS:

The 2019 Provincial 15U team, representing Prince Edward Island at the 2019 Baseball Canada Ray Carter Cup (National 15U Championships) in Oshawa, ON, from 22 – 25 August 2019, will be starting up I.D. camps in March. The dates and times for the first three scheduled I.D. camps are as follows:

Sunday, 3 March 2019: 7 pm – 8:30 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).
Sunday, 10 March 2019: 7 pm – 8:30 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).
Sunday, 17 March 2019: 7 pm – 8:30 pm (Norton Diamond Soccer Complex, Stratford).

2019 16U GIRLS PROVINCIAL TEAM NEWS:

Baseball PEI is calling for applications for people wishing to be the Head Coach of the 2019 Provincial 16U Girls team, representing Prince Edward Island at the 2019 Baseball Canada National 16U Girls Championships being held in Bedford, NS from 22 – 25 August 2019.

2019 YOUTH SELECTS PROVINCIAL TEAM NEWS:

Schedule – 2019 Development Sessions

2019 Development Sessions:

The coaching staff of the 2019 Youth Selects (17U) Team will be running development sessions for all players interested in trying out for the 2019 Youth Selects (17U) Team and the 2019 15U Provincial Team. These are NOT tryouts or ID camps, but gives the opportunity for players to get reps in before tryouts start in April/May.

Sessions will be held at the Norton Diamond Indoor Soccer Complex in Stratford and the cost will be $80 for 5 sessions.
